Mr. Penguin conquers an alpine wellness hotel, becomes the spa icon of the year, and inspires guests. A humorous story full of relaxation!
Today, something completely different, but still heavily tied to AI.
I’ve been feeling a bit down lately. There are many reasons for this: Ukraine, climate change (it probably won’t get any better), politics (a global shift to the right), diseases (there are plenty), and AI (which solves its assigned tasks in ways humans don’t fully understand yet). More on that another time.
So, I chatted with ChatGPT and asked it to tell me something funny.
With its permission, I’m sharing the story today:
Mr. Penguin was a true connoisseur. When he heard about an exclusive wellness hotel in the Alps, he decided to treat himself to a break. There was just one small problem: The hotel was designed for humans. But Mr. Penguin didn’t let that stop him and waddled right in.
At the reception, he caused some confusion. “Uh, you’re … a guest?” the receptionist asked. Mr. Penguin nodded. After all, the hotel was “for anyone seeking relaxation” – and that’s exactly what he had in mind.
In the spa area, there was a slight issue: his towel was far too large. Mr. Penguin improvised and wrapped himself in a tiny washcloth instead. The other guests thought it was the latest trend and followed his example.
But the biggest attraction was the ice grotto. While the humans shivered, hopping in and out, Mr. Penguin got cozy with a cocktail. By the end of the week, he had not only made new friends but was also crowned the “Spa Icon of the Year.”
And so, Mr. Penguin returned home relaxed – with a firm resolution to open his own wellness chain next year. His motto? “Stay cool!”
